I take a pro-active approach and have a passion to support and help students. I have always offered mentoring and advice to all students when asked and I will do all I can to encourage professionals across the country to do the same through the programs I propose and support.

My vision for SHPE is to accelerate the development of the organization by: Focusing on its value to our professionals, continuing to develop and support our Kindergarten through College programs/pipeline, and ensuring that the largest Hispanic technical organization utilizes all the technologies available in an efficient and useful way.
